Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services

• Digital Services (Design, Development, Maintenance, and Consultation fees) are strictly non-refundable.
• Once a project has started (after initial payment), no refunds will be issued, as time and resources are committed immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to cancel the project before any work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding admin/processing fees).
• Once work has commenced, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Deposits & Advance Payments

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. They secure your project spot and cover initial planning and resource allocation.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

• Revisions are limited as per the agreed scope. Additional changes beyond scope will be billed separately.
• Our goal is to deliver high-quality work, but subjective preferences do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

5. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or services are non-refundable and subject to their respective providers’ terms.
